Kizumba House Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to Kizumba House, an accommodation service located in Arusha, offering a variety of rooms including Dormitory, Deluxe, and Twin options. To ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience for all our guests, we have outlined the following terms and conditions. These cover important details regarding reservations, cancellations, house rules, and services provided during your stay. By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms, designed to maintain comfort, safety, and satisfaction for everyone at Kizumba House.

Check-in and Check-out

    • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
    • Check-out time: 10:00 AM
      Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Reservation and Payment

    • A valid credit card or deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
    • Full payment must be made upon check-in unless otherwise arranged.
    • Rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed with a booking.

Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made 48 hours before the arrival date will incur no charges.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a one-night stay charge.
    • No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Accommodation Rules

    • Kizumba House accommodates guests in Dormitory Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, and Twin Rooms.
    • Maximum occupancy per room type must be respected.
    • Guests are responsible for the condition of the room during their stay.

Damages and Liability

    • Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property caused by them during their stay.
    • Kizumba House is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Smoking and Pets

    • Kizumba House is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
    • Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

Bar and Lounge Policy

    • Guests must be of legal drinking age to purchase alcoholic beverages at the bar and lounge.
    • Responsible drinking is encouraged, and Kizumba House reserves the right to refuse service.

Fireplace Usage

    • The outdoor fireplace is available for guest use. For safety, only authorized personnel may assist in lighting the fire.
    • Guests are advised to use the fireplace responsibly and ensure children are supervised.

Health and Safety

    • Kizumba House follows all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests.
    • Guests are advised to report any health or safety concerns to management immediately.

Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints should be brought to the attention of Kizumba House management during the stay to resolve the issue.
  • In case of disputes, local laws of Tanzania will apply.
