Lake Manyara National Park Day Trip Itinerary

7:00 AM – Pick-up from Kizumba House

• Begin your adventure with a morning pick-up from Kizumba House in Arusha.
• Embark on a 2-hour drive to Lake Manyara National Park, passing through scenic landscapes and bustling local towns along the way.

9:00 AM – Arrival at Lake Manyara National Park

• Arrive at the park entrance, register, and begin your safari.
• Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its dramatic scenery, including the Great Rift Valley escarpment, lush groundwater forests, and the sparkling soda lake.

9:15 AM – Morning Game Drive

• Start your game drive through the park’s diverse ecosystems. Keep an eye out for the park’s famous tree-climbing lions lounging in the acacia trees.
• Spot large herds of elephants, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, and wildebeest as you traverse the open plains and dense forests.
